Some organizations require for example a dominant security warning while for others the best solution may be a more discreet service at reception. We help you create your own security package, choosing the kind of service which best suits your premises and the style of service which best reflects your company’s image. Other main tasks of Securitas guard service are access control services. We provide access control services on goods and personnel for all kind of industries and industrial parks, Free Zones and public buildings.

Mobile surveillance & Alarm monitoring services
As most crimes are committed while the organization is not operational, a system of security inspection executed by fully trained Securitas officers will help prevent theft or damage during these periods. The pattern of calls is always irregular, to prevent possible observers working out a predictable routine. When an incident occurs, it will be dealt with a thorough and professional manner.

Keyholding / Alarm response
A standard routine during Keyholding services entails inspecting the premises and their surrounding areas; to en sure no non-authorized persons are on the premises, inspecting the security of all doors and windows, but also checking all equipment and/or if the lights are turned off. The keys of the premises can be kept safely at our offices. The security officers also follow up on any alarm signals and if necessary alert other essential services such as the Police and Fire department. In addition, it is possible for Securitas Antias to call a repair service when this is pre-arranged. Securitas has a minimum of at least 5 patrol wagons at its disposal around the clock, several of them are manned by officers equipped with dogs, specifically trained for security purposes.

Shopping center & parking security
Securitas has formed a retail services division. Initially it has been set up specifically for the historic inner-city of Punda. We have developed special skills and knowledge to create a service that caters to the unique demands of the retail trade. Another aspect of this service is the need to provide information to tourists and foreign shoppers. We recognize the need to focus on the individual needs of each customer and work with the management in order to create an excellent service. The retail and parking areas demand a certain approach. We ensure that all our security officers are carefully recruited and rigorously trained for this task.

Hotel & resort security
Another division which has been set up is the Hotel & resort security. Resort security has more specific requirements than regular security. The trick is to give the guest a feeling of safety but at the same time remain hospitable. Securitas Antias masters the art of protecting the safety of properties such as hotel or resort. The officers who are specifically selected for this form of security are trained rigorously to be service minded and able to handle a conflict situation.

Recruitment & training
One of the main reasons that Securitas Antias has established a solid and sound reputation is because we are known as the only Security Company in the Netherlands Antilles to select her personnel with care and provide good basic training. All security officers have to go through an introductory training consisting of two weeks of theory and one-week of training on the job; 120 hours of basic training. Afterwards we keep on educating, training and coaching our personnel to acquire the official acknowledged security certificates. Furthermore our surveillance officers receive continuous in-house-training in specific areas as doghandling, shooting practice, surveillance techniques, law and legal issues.
